Bayham Place

48-56 Bayham Place involved the conversion of an existing office space into residential as the first stage of the works. The result is a sensitive refurbishment to the exterior of the building, whilst internally, the building fabric has been upgraded to improve its thermal and acoustic performance.

The second stage involved a contemporary double storey roof extension to 13 new apartments. This new lightweight extension, made from aluminium cladding, aims to enhance the appearance of the existing building and to establish a dialogue with its surroundings.
