Belsize II is a new family house that was converted from a dilapidated HMO unit into a single family home. The works involved a new basement substantial extension, rear extension and new loft conversion that almost doubled the floor area of the existing dwelling. The house carefully crafted while working with the clients on options optimising this new home for growing family.
